Trustees
Trustees are leaders in the church who are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all properties to include land, facilities, vehicles as well as ensuring a viable communication/social media capability is up to date and functional. The decisions trustees make must be approved by the entire Board of Trustees. This board is comprised of a group of several elected trustees and is designed to ensure the integrity of the “CME Church Construct” is followed and make wise decisions prior to engaging in major financial obligations such as extensive repairs or renovations. Trustees are responsible for hiring contractors to complete such projects. Any issue that arises regarding the church building and property is discussed and resolved through the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees works closely with the Board of Stewards and the Pastor to ensure that the needs of the congregation are met.

Stewardess Board (Preparers of the Lord’s Table)
A Stewardess Board is one of the major units of the local church. It exists to assist the pastor and is amenable to his or her direction. Each Stewardess is an officer of the church. Stewardesses are appointed by the Pastor. In accord with the Book of Discipline the duties of the Stewardess Board are:
To Prepare for the celebration of the Holy Communion, Love Feast as directed by the Presiding Bishop and/or Pastor in-charge.
- To assist in the collection of General Funds
- To estimate, in joint deliberation with the Board of Stewards, the salary and travel expense of the minister-in-charge.
- To do other work as may be assigned to them by the Presiding Bishop, Pastor or Board of Stewards.
- To elect their own president, Vice -President, Secretary, Treasurer and Chaplain.
Music Ministry & Choirs
The Music Ministry & Choirs are open to all parishioners who have the desire to sing or play an instrument while worshipping the Lord. This Ministry provides an avenue through which individuals may share their gifts and be an integral part of the worship. All choir members are members of Warner Robins CME who volunteer their time to ensure that the musical experience, during service, is exceptional. They rehearse on Thursday evenings, at 7:00 pm, in the sanctuary. Rehearsals usually last approximately 60 to 90 minutes. If you are interested in being a part of this team, please reach out to Bro. Pastor’s Aide Committee
Pastor’s aide committee is usually in charge of celebrating special events that honor the pastor. The pastor’s birthday, the pastor’s wife’s birthday, the pastor’s wedding anniversary, Father’s Day, Pastor Appreciation Day and even the full month of the pastor’s church anniversary are all celebrated. Committee members plan celebrations, coordinate with other church committees, solicit donations from the congregation and give and receive on behalf of the pastor gifts of appreciation.

Christian Youth Fellowship (CYF)
This board is for youth 13-17 years of age. The purpose of the CYF is to train young people in Christian living, to enable them to enrich their lives through worship, Bible study, discussions, Christian service, and recreation; to help them solve personal and social problems in light of the life and teaching of Christ; to offer them opportunities for self-expression and exercise in the duties, functions, and responsibilities of the church.
